agreed, a gig of ram definately helps. I just upgraded to a gig from 512 and it helps alot in newer games.

how hot do the amd chipsets usually stay around, i finally got it all in today and set it up, i have the coolermaster hyper 6 hsf, with no room at all in my case, the system temp is around 37-38C and the cpu temp stays at 60-62C? is this too hot?

Very Nice.
I don't know about the temps because I don't own that good of a chip. I have a 2200+ XP OC'd just a little that stays in the low 40's under a load.

i dunno maybe its just the burn in period, hopefully it will go down, im using artic silver 3 on it, with cooler master hyper 6 hsf

well, i plan on getting another 512 stick within this month, so it will be 1gb, as for the raid, i pulled out one of my wd 120gb se drives and threw it in for raid 0, now its smokin.

and i will have pics up soon

also for the temp issues, its an issue with the bios. they are coming out with a new revision soon that should fix the temp readings. there are some beta versions out now, good luck tho. overall im very much impressed with this motherboard/chipset, i cant wait to get some pics of the rig and get some benchmarks going
