I "prefer" crapping at home, however, since i need some plumbing work done, I will not hold it just to get home if there is a good alternative option available.

Every crap I don't do at home is a little less strain on my home pipes.

I read somewhere that the cleanest stall is invariably the first one and the dirtiest is invariably the handicapped.

I always go for the first stall (they also seem to have less graffiti, IMO).

When I was a camp counsellor, a few of the kids from my cabin (10-12 years old) came to me to complain that one of their cabinmate's smelled like, well, shit.

Later that day I got near the kid and, yeah, he smelled like shit.

Myself and my co-counsellor excused ourselves from the activity and went to the cabin to snoop around. This session had been at camp for 8 days. By following our noses, we found 8 craps at the bottom of his sleeping bag.

So, we pulled the kid out of the activity and went back to the cabin to talk about the situation. Turned out that, not only had he been crapping in his sleeping bag, he had not been showering at all (For 8 days while sleeping with shit in his bag!).

He found the toilet facilities disgusting, so he would not use the crapper, and he did not like the communal (single-sexed) shower.

We dumped his bag out in the woods and threw it in the staff washing machine with a double-dose of soap. We also took him to a staff shower (stalls) and had him shower, twice.

From then on, we had him use the toilet in the staff building once a day and had him use a staff shower (during his "free" time) every other day (or he was to use soap in the pool shower with one of us observing it occurring).

He was otherwise a nice and normal kid.

Who actually counted each individual load?

How could you distinguish one really large crap that the sphnicter sliced, from two small ones?

How could someone take 8 solid craps after eating camp food for a week? If it was me, it would look like a brownie shake.
 
I was taking mad dumps all day on my last job. Few times it was over 10min, but that's only because I'd have cleaned up, then realize, there's still more to come.
Although I always waited until my time would entirely consist of nothing but waiting. (Downloading OS updates, installs, etc.)

All but one package was wrapped in underwear or toilet paper. I counted that log as one crap.

Everywhere i have been i just need to leave my "mark" with a dash of creative odor rich art. I guess it is some junk dna that is getting expressed at those moments...

At the library I work at, we have private bathrooms that require a key. It's cleaned every day and rarely used. During the week, I use it more often for #2 than I use my own 🙂

QFT...I don't if people just don't get out or just don't pay attention to things around them.

People use anything they can to waste time it seems and then at the end of the day wonder why they don't get things done.

An old office of mine allowed me to view our lobby, a lunch area and outside smoking area.

Some fuckers literally got there about 1 min before getting dinged for 9:15 instead of 9:00am, went and made coffee/talked for 30 mins. Went outside and smoked...came back in and did coffee...went to the restroom...made another coffee and went out and smoked again.

Sometime around 10:30-11am they went upstairs, which is about the time I take my lunch usually. a little prior to noon they were back down and out to lunch until just past 1am and clocking in. More coffee, go out for another cigaratte, usually a LONG restroom break with a book and get another cup and head upstairs sometime close to 1:30-2pm. Then about every hour downstairs for a 15min cigarette social break until one last final one where they just watched the clock until 4:52pm to clock out at 5.

They probably ended up working 3 hours in any given day.

Most of these people were eventually let go in time, you would think the others would catch on the common denominator.

When I was younger there was an old guy that would bring the paper in after lunch and camp out in the bathroom until he pretty much read the whole thing we all guessed. The problem was we had one restroom. It was literally locked with him inside it from about 1 to 2pm everyday.

IMO, if you can't control the timing on your shits, and it is necessary to shit at work each day...go see a doctor. No one wants to smell your eliminations each day. Our bathrooms are disgusting to take a piss in because people are constantly shitting and stinking the place up.

What makes you think that they cannot control, or even want to control, the timing of when they crap? Not everyone so anal that they plan their crapping.

And if there is something about your restrooms that they cannot handle people using them for their intended purpose, you may wish to discuss it with the management, no?

I love popping at work. We have one guy that loves talking about his experience every time he comes out from dropping a deuce.
 
I'll never understand the people that can't poop in public toilets (unless the bathroom is particularly disgusting, but just about every office building I've ever been in has been the same).

college pretty much killed any inhibitions I had about it. basically used nothing but public toilets for 3 years until I moved off-campus (because in every dorm, the bathrooms were shared for the entire floor).

People with sleep disorders (undiagnosed or otherwise) might.

I used to fall asleep while on the shitter once or twice a week. Mostly it was unintended but there were several times where I was literally asleep on my feet, walking into things, dropping shit, saying things that didn't make any sense (and wouldn't remember saying it), I would sneak-off to the shitter just to get five minutes nap so I would be more alert (for about an hour or so, then it all started over again).
