the answer is simple:

1. buy ninja costume
2. hide in cubicle dressed as ninja
3. wait for boss to begin his karate
4. jump out from cubicle, yelling at the top of your lungs, swinging ninja sword
5. chase him around the office and let the hilarity commence
6. be sure to videotape the whole thing and share with ATOT

At least your boss gets out of his chair. Mine is so lazy she sends me emails in the evening before she leaves saying "Good Morning" come see me so I can give you work to do. Lazy ass.

what a tool! He reminds me of David Brent from The Office. The dance he does for everyone is a comedy classic.

the guy is doing karate, he needs to dress up as a pirate, not a ninja

karate guys and pirates are natural enemies

And honestly, Im much older then many people here, I should be at a higher pay level 🙁

wow.

Seriously...I hate when people give age as a reason to be paid more. I'm only 26 and manage a number of developers and designers some of whom are twice my age. I have this job because of my ability...not my age. I'd be pissed if someone under me made more just because of their "age".

I think I work at the same 4 letter company as you over in the towers =o

Hey bud Im in northern VA, and we got 7 letters in our name 🙂

Dude, dont take things out of context; I was just saying that I wasnt bragging that I was making 60-70K (as some people pointed out) that for my age (25) I feel that I am not where I should be. IE I havent accomplished as much as I wanted to in life.

I also mentioned age because I didnt want people thinking I was some 17 year old kid making that much money and bragging, that its actually the opposite.

Nothing to do at ALL with age and wage ratio.

I wasn't so much pointing my comment at you...I was just making a standard statement. People all the time act like their age should guarantee them a certain wage...and I think tha tis just stupid...especially in the world of computer where experience does not always mean valuable (it does to an extent in teamwork, managing, problem solving, etc....but not so much in technical). Regardless, I really was just making a point.

You're 25 and you're making twice the national average. Not only is that pretty good by itself, you're fvcking 25, what, 2 or 3 years out of college with much more time to improve?

Yea, you've got it horrible. I'd suggest marching down to the Karate Kid's office and demanding a raise, immediately. Maybe he'll judo-chop some sense into you.

Ask him why he is holding onto the walls for balance when doing his kicks if he is good at karate. Makes no sense.

If my boss tried that. :Q

Well, actually, I have like 5 bosses... But if any of them tried, it'd still be :Q
