we have people like that here.... sadly...

the thing is, that in our company, people does not work directly under the PM, we're just resources under the PM. so we end up working our ass off just so our department would look good, regardless of how crappy the PM is.

yeah, it sucks and is very frustrating. Hopefully I can change it for the better when I get to the PM level.
