1. Is this a Red or White Series hard drive inside the casing?
2. Does this hard drive inside have automatic head parking enabled (continue to the next questions if it does)?
3. How long does the head parking kick in when the hard drive is inactive?
4. Can the automatic head parking be disabled with WDidle3?

I can only answer the first, but most people are finding White labeled drives inside.

r/datahoarder would be a good place to ask/look. There isn’t much known about the 12TB drives IIRC, there is even some speculation that they are binned 14tb drives with bad sectors.
