After just joining the gym, I'm sore! A few years ago I bought an elliptical runner from my doc and after doing just 5 minutes, it sent me into a fibromyalgia flare-up for about a month. Now that I've lost weight, I'm feeling better and I'm handling the workout okay so far. I'm starting out very slowly. Just about 15 minutes of cardio and very light weights and some stretching and exercise for my abs. I don't want to work myself into a flare-up! Plus there's another upside. There's always a fine-looking young man there willing to help me with any questions I may have. Usually very friendly too! :thumbsup:
