Translation: "I'm a fat bastard, is this unhealthy?"

Yes. It is indeed unhealthy, and you are a stinking tub of lard.

Damn you bacon and chocolate!

Started my new workout program last week and already lost 4 pounds. I was at 218 heh.

Goal is 197 by the end of March, 187 by the middle of the summer.

I've heard of this thing called "walking". It's where you peel your ass out of your lazyboy/office chair and place your body in a vertical position. Now, face in the opposite direction of your regular Wendy's/KFC/Dunkin Donuts and, while breathing regularly, place one foot in front of the other. Repeat eleventy gazillion times or until your butt is reduced to less than one solar mass.

You're welcome. :)

This is more of a general comment. But the BMI is really not accurate at all. I guess it just speaks in averages but makes no accounting for build and what not. Using the BMI scale, just about every football player out there is overweight.

I, too, would advocate walking!

It doesn't sound like much, but keep a brisk pace and do it for at least 30 minute per day. Even if it's 15 minutes at a time!

Then, of course, cut back on junk, increase fruits, vegetables and lean meat......(preferably poultry/fish) and you'll be doing much better with just that alone!!

It's not easy.........but it's doable!

Are you sure you were 5% bf? Most people REALLY don't get accurate results. The lower the results the less accurate they are. At 5% you would be top level bb shreddedness and they definately don't keep that for any length of time and peak for a few days/ week at most.

BMI = fine for most people.

If you train it is less applicable to you. If you have a flat stomach and your not beasting down loads of drugs etc you are doing fine. And if your eating somewhat healthy that will do also . As long as your arteries aren't clogged and your stomach is flat (no real need for a 6/8 pack) that is pretty good going imo

I'm <6%

5'11" 135 lbs. My weight hasn't changed for 3 years

I sometimes feel unhealthy and sluggish (and I watch what I eat closely)

I don't even want to imagine what 35.5% feels like :(

Damn. I'm about the same height, but I weigh in at 155 lbs. I'm already pretty skinny, if I lost 20 pounds I would be seriously skinny.
