My bios forgets

I recently purchased a SOYO KT880 Dragon 2 mobo. A lot of times when I turn on my machine it turns off on its own after a few seconds of it being on. Also sometimes it looses certain settings in the bios. I reflashed the bios but still have the same problem. I was using an ECS mobo before and had no trouble out of it. The mobo and sata hard drives are the only thing that I changed so that should eliminate any other bad hardware. The only thing that I can think would be causing this problem is the memory. Using 2 sticks of buffalo 256 pc3200.
Was wondering if anyone else has expierienced the same problem with soyo mobo's before. Any imformation on this would be appreiciated.
