Unfortunately, I did more harm then good in that regard. She probably wasn't in much if any pain from the tumor and bleed. I was a bit selfish opting for the surgery, knowing what she would have to go through in the hopes that I could have more time with her. In the end, she died without us, which in my opinion was about as low as we could have gone knowing the alternatives. 🙁

Well, you wanted things to work out and have her with you today.

I mentioned before about my dog having a splenetic mass also. But due to a blood clot condition, the surgeons believed she would die on the surgery table b/c another blood clot would form from the operation.

Thankfully, a miracle happened and her mass stopped growing and the spleen stopped bleeding.
 
Gonna go see her in her full glory one last time in a little bit. After that, she'll probably guard my mantle for the rest of time.
