I will question people as to why they aren't wearing gloves in situations where they should be even if it doesn't affect me. Why? Because they need to know there are people out there who are going to hold them accountable for their actions whether it endangers them or others.

as far as I know, aids has a very, very short lifespan in the open air. I'd say it's extremely unlikely, even if he did cut you, assuming there was any distance in time between him cutting himself and him cutting you.

HIV is fairly difficult to "catch" like that. Hep C is easier, but not much better.
