"My wife was able to use the ATM card, but the balance was under by about $XX,000.
I follow directions to the new login, only to find that all my browsers are "too new".
The login fails for both me and my wife's accounts following your instructions.
For my purposes my money is not available to me.
I have no confidence at all in your competency to handle my financial affairs. Today I shop for a new bank.
I'm completely appalled by your lack of proper testing before implementation."

WTF? supported browsers = IE6, IE7x, FF1.5, FF2.x
I don't have any of those old ass browsers laying around!

So you are posting this thread about a horrible bank, yet you refuse to tell us what bank?

Thanks.

NO problem. Doubt it will matter in Texas, like I said a small local bank. 10 branches.

I sympathize with you, but you can hardly call IE7 "old".

I suspect it was a cost/benefit analysis that caused this. Probably only 5% of their customers do not use one of the supported browsers, and it might have cost a lot of money and time to add additional browsers, so they figured they would live with making 5% mad.

OK, weak rant over. It took a long time to get to Customer Service, but we got it all sorted out with a minimum of fuss. I'll be complaining about browser support till they get that fixed though. It requires a second login entry and a general waste of time. Otherwise FF3.5 works fine.
