My band will be playing in the Portland Rose Garden!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just got some info from my band's team leader. Advertising for us starts either mid time this week or early next week. 😀 We're going to be playing in either the Rose Garden, home of the Blazers and Portland's biggest indoor venue, or in the Portland Memorial Colesium (sp?).


From what I understand, it will be some time before January. :Q

I am totally stoked for this! Only thing is finding a drumset that's worth performing with. 😱 Maybe I'll steal Carter's. 😛

I have no idea if we're even getting paid at all. Who cares? I'm just in it to play. I love playing the drums, whether I get paid or not.




Unfortunately, when my band recorded their CD, they had another drummer --er... who sucked. So the only samples I have I'm not giving out, for obvious reasons.



We play almost everything. You name the style and we play it, probably. I know somethings that we don't and that's old style country (grand ol' oprey?), industrial styles (my damn arms start to cramp up after a few hours), and hardcore rap.
