There purbeast0, I got you a half naked man to look at, per your pm request. My work here is done.
Cheers all!

when i read that it sounds like you know you have back pain from sitting on your ass all day and then going home and sitting on your ass some more, and you are looking for suggestions on how to fix back pain.
sorry if my suggestion of exercising did not meet your needs.
also not sure why you showed me a pic of yourself. wtf does that have to do with your back pain?
If you are an office worker, consider a stand up desk:
Some options briefly reviewed here:

i do go home and sit down. i watch netflix, i like to play my guitar. i do things that require sitting down sometimes AFTER i've sat down for 10 hours at work. you're trying way too hard here, bud.
i tend to think you're a decent guy but you sure seem to be out to prove something in this thread.
you realize you're the only one in this thread that gave me shit right out of the gates right? so kindly shut the fuck up and troll elsewhere.
Does your Health insurance cover the visits?
me trying to prove something, says the guy who posted shirtless pics of himself?
you sure are mad.
your OP simply wasn't clear as to what you were asking. now that it is clarified, either take advice or leave it.
as i've stated, i know a thing or two about bad backs and how to treat them since i have one myself with fucked up discs. i also sit at a desk 8 hours a day and love to go home and lounge my ass on the couch for a few hours watching tv, movies, or playing games.
i also lift 4 days a week and play on a football team (american football, not latino soccer lol) in the spring and fall, so i know a thing or two about exercising and taking care of your back.
but keep on being stubborn and not take any advice, really doesn't matter to me. it's your back not mine.

also, sixone, just saw the link... looks great but $300?!?
DAMN!
haha there are PLENTY of skinny lazy people out there. a picture of a skinny guy showing abs means nothing.
hope you fix your back probs though, because it will make you feel a lot better. (actually i really don't give a shit)
How about you stop labeling people you don't even know "self-righteous pricks" you self-righteous prick. You don't know this guy's backstory well enough to say something like that!
Seeing my PT without an MRI hasn't really been productive in getting my back issues solved either. Hopefully get an MRI in the next week or so to pin down if I have musculature or skeletal issues with mine.
Weight lifting 3-4x/week atm. Squats aren't really something I can load up because it hurts. Suitcase carries also hurt. Crunches and sit-ups are terrible for the back so those are right out. Doing planks and such also hurt after about a minute. Not sure what the point in doing a 'core' exercise is if it just begins agony barely into it.
Pray tell Purebeast, what is this MAGICAL work-out that helps your back 'become monster' and suddenly work again? Cause mine doesn't. I've had to stop riding my bike and driving/sitting down for >20 minutes is discomforting/painful.
I'm 28 as well, this is truly shitty at my age.
Squad and deadlift light weights and then work your way up. Currently 21 and I squat a bit over 435. Do amazing things with a strong back.

inversion table.
my only regret is that i did not get one sooner.
like ~5 years or so after my discs got messed up and it was still a reoccuring nagging injury that i could "throw out" in the blink of an eye, i was like screw this let me look on craigslist for an inversion table.
ended up finding a $600 teeter hangup table for $100 from some guy who was moving and hadn't used it in 5 years or so. he bought it when he was in a car accident and used it a few times a week for like a month, then never used it again cause his back was better.
when i first got it i used it for about 5-10 minutes 2x a day, for about a week. the first few days my back was sore juts because i was not used to it.
but holy shit after that week, my back felt better than it had felt in years. it truly was incredible how much better it felt. i honestly wish i could be one of those "testimonials" that you see on infomercials that you never believe if they are true or not, but mine would be 100% true.
i very rarely use it now a days simply because my back doesn't hurt as much.
EDIT:
prior to the inversion table i simply wouldn't do squats because it hurt my back, not even 135lbs or so because it hurt. now i'm back up to repping 315lbs pretty easily, although i still take very carefuly attention to my back when squatting. i do very heavy shruggs too with the barbell which puts a lot of compression on the spine, and it doesn't bother me at all. i actually did them yesterday and my back feels fine.
glad you finally came to your senses. i'm ordering an inversion table this week, can't freaking wait.
they are big so hopefully your office at work has room for it.
