My Auction on eBay, should I worry that I wont get any bids?

I have this auction on ebay and i've had it on there for over 6 days. I've only got 36 dollars, should I worry by this time that I may have to face that I wont get at least 200?

I mean there was 30lb bags of legos selling for over 190. And that didn't have any electronic train sets, mine does two of them even.. & its over 40lbs.., yet nothing.. should I worry? Or Expect it to pick up soon?

regardless, holy crap on the photo job. i would have just shown a picture of a garbage bag full of legos...not sorted it all out. how long did that take you?

Why would you get rid of Legos? The older sets are so much better compared to the stuff thats currently out there.
ARGH!!!!!!

Timeout: I'll take the darn link out to stop the ridicule. Prefer that? I dont have a link with all the URL JPEGs so I just showed that.

This isnt some last ditch attempt for bids. There are 4 days left, pfft. And why dont I name the thread "LQQK I HV 40LBS LEGOS!! AIIEEEE!! BUY BUY BUY NOW!!!!!!"

Yea that took me a long time to sort all of that out, I thought taking a picture of just everything mashed together would kill some potential buyers. So far I have 14 watchers, now if that means anything w00pie! but other than that, im just a huge worrier that all these legos arent worth anything.

Maybe I'll get back into Lego's when I have a little extra money laying around & i finish college, I'll go right to perhaps even eBay to find some other schmuck selling his childhood legos too 😉

wait for the last hour is always the most exciting time. I recently had an epod on ebay. It stayed at 10 dollars for 6 days in the very last two minutes bidding went nuts and ended at 70. So it ain't over till it's over

I have all of my legos still, tons of them and they are not going anywhere. IMHO you should have kept the megablocks out of the auction.

Well.. the megablocks are really in a seperate box not mixed with anything. I tried to make it more.. um, hm.. quantisized I guess if I had to make a word up for it. The more the better, works with some people I guess.

yeah take out the link to the auction.

I still have like over 250 dollars in Lego Technic Sets alone. Of course some of the sets i have, you can't find anymore. I wouldn't part with my legos, even the plain jane bricks that don't belong to any other models any more.

hmmm, i might have to keep an eye out on your auction.

how many people are watching the auction?

also you have a 10 day auction. IMO those are too long. typically I do 3 day auctions, but for something like legos which aren't as much in demand a 10 day auction may be good.

but generally speaking the auction won't get much attention until the last day or last few hours. if you have a lot of people on the watch list that's a good sign as well.

No you shouldn't worry. You've already got some watchers and bidders, and the vast majority of serious bids will come in the last couple of hours, and probably in the last few minutes.

I sold a nice Scotty Cameron golf putter last year and with a couple of days left it had $42.50 on it. One hour before auction end it had $132.50, on auctions end it sold for $242.75

Alright, Well to make some of you happy I took the link out. Maybe all the ridicule will stop *HA!*. Yea I hope to see a boost in bids soon. I just hate to think that all the years of collecting them and the 100s of dollars spent on them have gone to waste ya know? Soon I will be selling a starwars lego collection, i hope to make some money off that. And NO I dont have a eBay off that so im not trying to promote that ether.

whoa guitardaddy, gj!

what was your starting bid? i mean, if you set it at like $10 but the minimum you wanted to get was $75, then you set it at $75, not $10.

I set it at 99 cents to minimalize eBay fee's. I guess I figured that someone would amp the price up for me. Also I wanted more watchers and more bidders to have a better chance of having more people watch the auction tick down to its final moments so I could potentially get more money

yah that's a good iddea. i start EVERY auction at .99$ and I always end up selling it for more than expected. When selling 360's on ebay I featured them as well and had a scandalous pic of my GF holding the 360 so that people would be attracted by the featured auction with a chick showing off her cleavage for a 360 that was starting at 99 cents heh.

but then you run the risk of your item only selling for like $5 when its worth 10x as much.
