Yeah, 24 hrs. of small fft's equals about 5 minutes of custom with 2048 minimum. But as long as it makes him feel better, what the hell.;)

you just didnt read what I posted above did you?
besides if the chip was giving me problems it woul still crash out of small ffts.

I wouldn't recommend running one of these over 1.85v if you want it to last more than a year, regardless of your cooling

Nope, small fft's do nothing, period. They don't test the ram, the cpu, or the chipset. They're good for nothing, including good screenshots. Run it for 12 hours on custom, with a minimum of 2048, if you want to see if your system is stable or not.

Its running on blend right now...and to restate what I put before...Im not trying to test the ram...or the chipset..im testing JUST the CPU
you wanted blend ill give blend a shot...which is still pointless since im not testing my ram...im focusing on the CPU.
ill give you a screenie of 12 on the blend and 12 on the custom...just for you....

ECS? Bwahahahhahaa ...ok back to reality..no wait...hahahahhaaa.

Thanks

Ive got two other 2500+'s that have been running well over a year at 1.95 and 1.975v.
Ive got a first production run 2500+ thats been sitting at 2.3ghz 12.975v since i bought it...its fine :p
also i said screw the blend test...imm running myo's "custom" test with 2048 min...

Yeah, the Blend test is really only good if you're giving your cpu way too little voltage, and for testing your ram. When I first got my mobile, I ran the Blend for 12 hours, and called it stable. Then I found out about the Custom and tried it. In less than 2 hours, it stopped and said something like "Test stopped with 0 errors, 100 warnings. 100 warnings is the max.", or something along those lines. All I had to do was drop the fsb 2mhz, and it passed 12 hours of Custom with 2048 minimum and 4096 maximum (or I could have given it slightly more voltage, but I was already at my max voltage).

Again ill state what I put up before...I run small FFTs to focus on the CPU...not the ram which is what blend, large ffts and hell even custom does...those all test cpu and ram...
but either way...you were going to say my 24 hours of small ffts were about the same as 5 minutes running "Your" custom minimum 2048 test...well heres 24 hours of your test...stable not giving me one problem...and what did I learn from this? not a damn thing other than seeing my ram get loaded down to the max...and yet my CPU still didnt fail...Ill stick to the small FFTs thank you :)

24 hours of custom test
