Got mine for 620:)

EBay?

Nope, I had to buy 50 of them.

I'd like to see that setup.

I sold 49 of them for about 750 each.

49 * (750 - 620) = $6,370 :Q

(49*$750) - $620 = $36,130
Why did you make that calculation?

His profit margin per monitor was (presumably) $130.
He did have to pay for them, eh.

you R teh dumb0rz!

he had to buy 49 monitors not just 1 like your calc shows

just so its very clear for dumbdumbs like you FrustratedUser

(49*$750) [selling price] - (49*$620)[buying price] = $36,750 - $30,380 = $6,370 [net profit]

What's more impressive is being able to foot the $31000 for 50 of them.

Oh, I really can't afford 30k if I were purchasing them. Amex credit cards with no limits are your friend. I knew at 620 I'd be able to move all 50 of them before the bill came.

What made you so sure that you could move all of them?

What did you buy with your profits?

Because The cheapest you could buy from Dell for was 999.99. I listed all of them below market value. When you buy something for 620 that's going on ebay for 780 you're pretty sure you can move 100 in about 2 weeks at 750, especially if you have good feedback. That and I had 15k in the bank to cover it and knew I could at least move half of them in a month doing 1 day auctions.

As for what I did with the money I used it to buy more things to sell and a good chunk of it is going towards landscaping my backyard this summer..

I'm thinking about buying one of those.... but that dell emblem is killing it. Has anyone tried taking the logo off? How does it look?

Does the finish underneath match the rest of the monitor.

Nice choice! BTW, good choice on the Pro510 too. :)

thanks thats my baby too, one of the finest crts out there

No doubt it is a fine monitor :D.

I have its smaller brother Pro450. The Pro510 was too pricey at the time and it takes too much space up!

Nice buy.

Yeah I $uck at the Intarweb quoting.
What I meant was, and failed to quote properly, was that you still had to pay up (50 x $620). Glad you made a profit.
