Well it was time to try out my good ole 2.8C and Asus P4C800-E Deluxe in the O/C department. Lets just say I always end up with less then average O/C's. This was done using the Corsair 3200 TwinX 1024 C2 not the LL.
First I will show some O/C,s with auto settings cause wanted to find the ceiling on this chip.
220 FSB= Sandra scores of 4081/4084 at 2.5 4 4 8 (4)
225 FSB= 4148 4189
230 FSB= 4287 4280
235 FSB= 4365 4374
240 FSB= windows wouldnt load
Next test was 5:4
230 FSB= 4734 4669 2.5 4 4 8 (4)
230 FSB= 4945 4879 2.5 3 3 6 (4)
235 FSB= 5032 5017 2.5 3 3 6 (4)
Now for the 1:1 tests
200 FSB= 4617 4608 2 3 3 6 (4)
200 FSB= 4639 4589 2 3 3 6 (8)
210 FSB= 4854 4926 2.5 3 3 6 (4)
215 FSB= 4962 4927 2.5 3 3 6 (4)
220 FSB= 5074 5053 2.5 3 3 6 (4)
Tried 220 at 1:1 2 3 3 6 (4) failed
So as of right now I am stable at the 220 FSB 1:1 with 2.5 3 3 6 (4) 2.85 DDR voltage.
Like I said every time I do this I end up with what seems to be a bad chip. :brokenheart:
