My 1st cartoon

pretty good. I was thinking about getting a cheap one to play around with. Can you fill me in on these:
-easy to use?
-just use photoshop?
-have to be a good artist beforehand? 🙂
 
Ya really liked the wacom. I wanted a vector based program so I don't use photoshop.

I use xara (free version) on linux. But photoshop is supported if you like that.

I only use the tablet for inking and coloring. The sketch I draw on paper and then scan into the pc.

I am not an expert but I think the end result does depend on how good the sketch is.
