My 11 yr old Daughter Has Turned Into An ?Israeli Hardliner?

Brief conversation a few minutes ago?
Daughter: (watching interview of Yasser Arafat) That guy is so ugly!!! It looks like he has a hose and a tablecloth on his head. I think it cut off the oxygen to his brain! Why don?t they just kill him?
Jimbo: That might make a lot of other people mad and make the Israelis look bloodthirsty.
Daughter: Well they surrounded him. Why don?t they just kill him?
Jimbo: They are going to wait him out. They cut off his water and electricity and shot up his building. He can?t stay there forever.
Daughter: So they?re going to starve him?!
Jimbo: Uh? No. The Israeli Army is giving him food.
Daughter: Why are they doing that? That?s stupid!

Kids of that age are funny, it's like they are amazed to discover that they can have opinions on things and even more amazed at the reaction they get when they express them . I think it's the job of the young to feel strongly about any issue they might
be contemplating , at least that's been my experience in raising kids.

Which is more bloodthirsty? Those who preform the sucidal bombings or wanting to kill those who know and/or order them?
 
Actually the Isrealies should give Arafat a taste of his own medicine. Arrange a meeting between him and Sharon. Shove a couple of sticks of Dynamite up Sharon's fat ass and when they get together detonate them making Sharon an Isrealie Suicide Bomber. I think that would be a fair exchange, one terrorist for another.
 
Why is your 11yr old daugther so violent? She wants to kill someone b/c they're ugly? If my 11yr old daugther keeps on telling me that someone should be killed on TV, I'll be worried. Just my opinion. 🙂

I'm guessing she read texmaster's posts about how israel is justified in doing a little 'ethnic cleansing' of those 'dark skins'.
 
Personally, I'd be extremely worried if my son/daughter were saying such things. It sounds like she has little value on the lives of others that she deems expendable (where'd she learn that?).

At that age, the only idealism they have is that which is assimilated from their parents, teachers, and peers. Which one is more likely?
 
Your daughter is correct at least in calling Arafat ugly.

Arafat is an ugly little rat with a tablecloth on his head.
Sharon is a fat old, bastard.

Perhaps these leaders are too psychologicaly disgusted with each others appearance to reach a peace agreement.
