It depends. You have a choice of grouping the items together as 1 shipment or ship them as they become available. However, it does cost more if you ship them seperately (about $11-12 more)

yea I know but when I switch between sending them together or seperately, the price jumps from 36+ to 47+..

And do they really send these seperately even thou you opt to have them sent together? Cuz that would be even better! I didn't know they did that.

That has been my experience with ordering from Amazon lately...even with the free shipping. They send you the order confirmation and then send a shipping confirmation that says "we shipped this portion of your order separately to give you quicker service...". Works for me.

Does anyone know what the customer service phone number is for amazon?

I cant find it anywhere on the site. I really wonder whats going on. My order is suppose to have 60 dollars in gift certs when I did the final submission but somehow I got my email confirmation stating only 30 dollars of gift cert. This is how it looks

Tot, the number for Amazon's customer service is 800-201-7575. I ran into the same problem as you tonight, except my $30 credit card discount didn't show up at all, only the $30 off coupon. I think I'm going to send them an email tomorrow. I called tonight, and the woman I talked to sounded like she didn't know what she was doing, and said the GC was showing up on my account. However, it wasn't there when I went online to check afterwards. I've had good experiences with Amazon's email-based customer service in the past, though, so I think I'm going to give them a try and see if they can sort this whole mess out.

But I think I might hold off calling them or contacting them for this matter. As I read the fine prints for using GC, it says that you cant combine more then one promotional GC. In anycase, if the Credit card bill says otherwise regarding the charge I would most likely cancel my WC3:TFT and hopefully get the mx700 for 3X.XX dollars. Or maybe I can dispute with credit card company? I have the final check out saved as well as the email that stated a Grand total of 37.98.

Personally I hate the cordless elite duo. I'd wait for the MX duo to come out. For $66 this is ok, but I am hoping I can find the MX duo in the future for a cheap cheap price. And by that time I would get the W3:TFT for what ever price it is.

Looks like a lot of people are running into this problem.

According to the email they sent me they said that I did indeed qualify and to just email them back once my shipment shipped for a credit back to my credit card. Dunno why they don't fix it now, but oh well. =P

I'm in the beta for that expansion, I'm waiting for some little whining baby to come in here and post "don't waste ur money, its gunna sukc". Bottom line is: if you liked the original at all, there's a 99% you'll like the expansion because it really fixes so many problems that classic had, and opens new elements nicely. Definitely a nice combo with a great mouse.
