MX700 Question

I have the Cordless Elite Duo running on my computer but I want to upgrade the mouse to an MX700. My current mouse just eats the batteries.

Is this mouse going to use the same RF reciever that I already have hooked up to my computer? If not, then will the keyboard work with the MX700 reciever? I just don't want 2 recievers.

Thanks for any help.

if the combo has 2 plugs on the other end of reciever than you could probably do it buy unpluging the mouse on and buying teh 700. however the frequencies of the keyboard and 700 may conflict so ask someone about that

I just unplugged my Mouse cord with the Keyboard/Mouse combo...similar to what AEB stated...BINGO!

The MX700s frequency wont interfere with the keyboards, it uses an entirely different frequency range.
