i just built my new computer and i have the logitech mx duo. everytime i turn on my computer, my mouse cursor won't move. if i restart my computer, it will work 75% of the time. my keyboard is fine. the keyboard is on channel 1 and my mouse is on channel 2. are they suppose to be on the same channel? how can i change it? everytime i reconnect the device, it stays on the same channel. i never had this problem with my old computer. does anybody know what is wrong? any help is greatly appreciated.
