So my mom was shopping to buy me a logitech G5 and she went to this site called mwave.com
She ordered the mouse last Monday, and we still haven't gotten it. Anyone have experience with mwave? They look legit to me. Just wanna know what the deal is.

I've bought things from them a few times, and never had any problems.

Never had a problem with mwave. I check it before I go to newegg when I'm buying stuff.

Never had a problem with mwave either.

Actually, I remember them calling me to tell me that my X2 4400+ had shipped.

They're fine for ordering anything that shows as in stock.

Ordering back-ordered or pre-ordered items is a gamble with any site.

they just have a sucky website

Ditto that. Good to deal with, but they've had that same craptastic site for years. They desperately need an upgrade there.

Bought one thing from them. Price was $5 cheaper and got free shipping. Shipping was fast too.

Mwave was online years before Newegg was even a blip on the geek radar(and copied Mwave's layout)

They are most certainly legit.

Often their prices beat newegg, except not 3 day shipping if the price figures better.
What I like is in ordering motherbaords and cpu's + memory, they assemble and test for $9 and ship it assembled. That means no nerve racking no-boot issues or messing with attaching the cpu to the motherboard with the goop that can cost up to $15 just to buy the cpu goop alone. Newegg and mwave are the only two onlines I use.

Same here. I usually compare them and Newegg and go with whatever is the better value.

Last Monday as in November 26th Monday. They did not give my mom a tracking number, that's one reason she emailed them.

Never had a problem with MWave.

Looking at my past order history a transaction usually looks like this in your in-box:

1. "mwave.com Order Confirmation"

2. Processing

3. service (tracking number given)

I've also used their will call option. $5.00 processing fee is great for large/bulky orders.

Hope that helps.

Their e-mails don't line up right in FF. But I've purchased things from them. Good site.
