I Will Call from them whenever I'm in the market for parts.

RMAing via Will Call is also pretty good.

Aside from the additional $5 US that they tack on for S&H for Will Call orders, I've haven't any problems with them.

I order from them frequently but not exclusively. They have a good selection of in stock items; I have used the RMA service once with a very good outcome.

They are good, but I have spent around $3000 at www.newegg.com and prefer them. 🙂

You can order most of the parts for a new system their and save on shipping costs. It usually ends up cheaper than finding all different places on pricewatch. 😀

Don't even have a second thought about ordering from them, they are pretty good with prices, and returns. I have ordered my video card, and speakers from them. Along with the entire system in my rig (the duron)for about 1000$$.. that was in April though..

I would recommend them to ANYONE!
