MW@Home on new HD 4850 slower than expected..

I just installed a new HD 4850 (this one to be exact: http://www.hisdigital.com/un/product2-463.shtml)

I've got it up and crunching just fine, but I'm confused because it's taking longer than I thought it would (~6:15sec) to complete a WU (see screenshot)

Are there different speeds of WU's or is there something else wrong because according to this post (http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2064356) the HD 4850 should be finishing WUs at about 3:45secs ?

Geeky BOINC Fact: The computer of STV's Starship Voyager
is rated at 575,000,000 PetaFLOPS - BOINC would take 1331 DAYS
(at 5 PetaFLOPS) to crunch what Voyager's computer could crunch in 1 SECOND.. Somebody recruit them!

Edit: I see you figured that out. Are you running the optimized apps?

Original message:
Of those four WUs you see, I suspect only the first is running on the ATI card. The last two are definitely running on the CPU. There's a configuration option in your preferences where you can set MilkyWay to not run on the CPU. You can then use your CPU for another project, like Folding@Home or PrimeGrid. 🙂 (But if you do another BOINC project like PrimeGrid, make sure to set its equivalent "Use ATI GPU" option to No.)

I checked out the optimized apps. I have some questions about setting them up though, should I be downloading the ATI one or the AMD one. there are both listed under 'GPU' on the page you linked to..?

I'm running Windows-7 64, with and Athlon II X4 635 and the HD 4850 under the hood (I checked CPU-Z and ATI Overdrive and such to make sure its not crippled or anything and it basically seems like everything is at stock speeds, etc.)

That's probably my post.
For the most part, I can still do a MW task in under 4 minutes on my 4850.

Some are 6-7 minute tasks. I don't know if it is them or me.

On a batch of 24 tasks: 20 are 4 minutes, 1 will be long one. The other three will vary.
