Good idea, Mech!

I just took mine off, and I've been just using the suction from the fans to hold it on! (But I like your idea much better!)

BTW, how much of that edging did you buy from Frozen? I found the same stuff for sale at McMaster-Carr (McMaster.com) for $.19/ft.! It's on catalog page 3428, "rubber edge trim", shape #12, p/n 8510K11, at $.19/ft for partial roll and $.17/ft for a whole roll.

I've seen the same stuff at mods sites for almost $2 a foot!

Thanks for the thumbs-ups guys :D Blooz1, I think I bought four feet of it... I try to listen to the little voice inside that says "buy more than you need or you KNOW you'll end up using it all and having to order again :p ". Yeah, the markup on some of the items is definitely significant.

JulesMaximus, you're probably right :D I was using the medium-thickness emery-board cutting wheels, however, and you may know already how shatter-prone those are, especially when cutting slots... a slight catch or kick, and there's pieces of emery board flying all over the place at about 200mph! :Q

Even cheaper more available edge molding? Take a thick gauged wire (yours to choose from) and slit it down the middle. Rip the innards out and BAM! Rubber C-edged molding. Kick it up another modding notch!
