On Nightline last night they did a segment on this- some genius came up with the idea of strapping toddlers (yes, parents actually go along with this) ages 1-6, on sheep, wearing hockey helmets and padding and then seeing how long they can hold on.

As I was watching this I couldn't help but think, "You know you're a redneck if...". Bahahaha!!!
 
Other countries look at this and laugh as they proclaim; "Americans are so stupid! They are riding an animal that is perfectly good for sex!!"
