Mustek scanner not workign?

I have everything plugged in (power, parallel cable) and I even set it to EPP only (instruction told me to) and yet, windows does not detect my Mustek 600 III EP plus. What should i do?

i had 1200CP MUSTEk. try down oading the driver for your OS and scanner from their website and install the driver. i had to do that to make it work on my comp.

Mmm...I have exactly that same scanner and Windows 98 has no problem detecting it.

Did you reboot? Could the port be disabled in BIOS? Bad wire? Did you turn off the computer before connecting it?
