Mustang 5.0 sleeper.

Guessing in the 12's after seeing what he's done to the motor and with nitrous? This should be fun, but I'd guess low 10's. Now for the last minute of the video.

Edit: HOLY, that was fast.

Lol Foxes are like a box of chocolate...

Just look for the huge tires and the sumped tank with external 1000 HP rated Aeromotive fuel pumps dangling out back before you try anything :awe:

Those things can weigh in at 2,800 lbs or less for the uninformed.

I always wondered what a truck 429 block would do in a fox. They put out 700+ torque stock. If I only had more time.

I would guess particular attention would have to be made to the steering rack, suspension, and brakes? I had a Fox GT, and it was a wee bit squirrely even in pure stock form lol 🙂

Lol. Guy was all straight-faced the whole time then moves out like nobody's business.

On a side note I've never heard of that show. Looks interesting.

87-93 notches are around 2,700 lbs without power options. 🙂

Yeah, there's NO telling what you are going to get if you line up with an older Fox stang. You might get this guy, you might get a stock 302 with a hole in the exhaust. 🙂

i wonder what the actual mods were to the car?

That car isn't modded so much as it has been purpose built, starting with the engine.

I don't know who built the engine, maybe that guy, maybe an engine builder - one thing is guaranteed, nothing from the stock engine is under that hood. 🙂

I didn't get a good look at it from the quick tour, but a Windsor based, bored and stroked, SBF is most likely in a Fox - probably a pushing or over 400 ci.
