I have friends who are 35 and 31 who still have patchy beards. And I work with some asian people who will never see a full beard.

I'm 30, but had to shave daily when I was 12, and had a full beard when I was 16. Now, it's no fuller than it was then, only some of the hairs have turned grey....
 
You could really pass for Lieutenant Dangle.. seriously.
