I stayed there for 1 night while I was at Zero Hour last weekend, and I ended up going to some ghetto strip club w/some people I met. we had a good time, but I woulda loved to stay in LA for more than 1 night. The weather is ideal right now.

We stayed at the Sheraton right near LAX.

i would also goto santa monica walk along the baordwalk, go eat dinner at a restaurant on ocean blvd. take in a movie at the arclight cinema (corner of sunset and vine) and while at the arclight check out ameoba music right next door.

if you havent been to see universal studios its kinda cool as well (take the tram ride)

Those are good, also... Beverly Hills shopping district, science museums near USC, and maybe get some food downtown. Also google LACMA, and Hammer Museum if you are into art.

Visiting USC and UCLA might be cool if you just want to see what the college scene is like here. Both are open/large campuses.

Finally, if you get bored, Manhattan Beach has a few nice stores/restaurants.
