Must Downloaded Programs

I wouldn't consider WMP must have. There are other players that are lite-er yet much more useful (MPC and VLC).

And your need for Spybot drops 87.3% if you didn't have LimeWire
 
Media Player classic would be more important than WMP

MS Office (OO is alright, but MS Office fits my needs much better)

WinAmp (old version)

 
When you put MS Office in the list of 'must have _downloaded_ programs' you can just as well add Windows XP to the list 😉

And of course a Bittorrent client.

Edit: Acrobat Reader I can understand btw, but Acrobat Pro is maybe useful for 0.01% of the population, would not say that it is a 'must have' application.
