This is a video of two 12 year olds going to town to destroy a Creative Zen Vision W. It sells for $300 and came out, not even 3 months ago. Every unit out there is still under warranty. The kids said that it's broken because they didn't "safely remove it" when they disconnected it from windows. That should have been fixable via a hard-reset (not even a factory default reset)... probably a 5 second procedure. Instead, they destroyed it in the street

I saw the mom in the background right after they threw it the second time.......not far in the video. I couldn't watch anymore after that, it's just stupid.
