No, but most often the output of science is engineering, and the output of pretty much all engineering is business. Many wars are actually caused by population pressure, even if they are in the name of something else.i don't recall hearing about people being killed/driven from their land/oppressed/tortured in the name of science.
I suppose if you were able to make the connections you might see how science in a roundabout way could be the cause of many wars.
Of course, an argument could always be made that science prevents wars by making better use of our world and easing population pressure.
Then again, that just lets people breed faster which creates even worse population pressure.
Hmmmmmmm..........
Seems the obvious answer is we nuke each other back to the stone age and reduce the worlds population by nine tenths.
