Lots of people criticize Israel, liberals probably moreso than conservatives. It does tend to draw in some people wildly claiming anti-semitism but nowhere close to the level of Islamophobia claims. And criticizing Israel's government policy is mostly (if not entirely) distinct from criticizing the religion of Judaism - much of which gets hit by default by criticism of Christianity.
