Music you've never heard of...

I'll start (and yes this is a shameless plug, but only because I think the music is awesome.)

"The Bas Plus"

It's Jazz, but slightly different. Fvucking incredible though, check out "Dirty Blonde" for something quintessential.

Alan Parson's Project - I'm surprised how many people haven't heard their stuff, it's beyond amazing, each and every album they released.

I've heard them/him, but I can't remember the sound. I'm investigating now....

PS

See here gentlemen? This is what we like to call a "Man's Man."

Nice taste in music, bud. 😀

Since people are wanting links, try Heathen. They have their first two albums hosted on their website in their entirety and both are excellent. Think 80's Metallica meets Gamma Ray, but with two guitarists that slaughter Kirk on his best day.

Who hasn't heard of Dream Theater? 😕 Props for mentioning Fates Warning, however.

That's what I call self-centered. He thinks all his music is music we should listen to.

Thats just a small list...

well, Dream Theater isn't played on the radio and isn't mainstream, so probably a lot of people.
