Music over FM Radio Device

I remember reading about a device that attached to the Line-Out of your CD or MP3 player and then you could tune into an FM station and listen to the device. My stupid tape deck will NOT play any Tape attachments so I NEED something like this. THanks
 
The ones that work over the air aren't that great. I tried.

What works better are the FM modulators that plug into the back of a radio. Check ebay, they are everywhere. About $40
