Music download service named after an animal

MY mom is trying to tell me about a music download service that someone she knows uses. She can't remember the name. She said it was one word and was an animal, she thought it was donkey. Said he pay like 25 bucks a year for downloads, not sure how many downloads that includes. Any idea what service that is?
