Music Download Question

Can you get in trouble by "buying" music from musicmp3.ru?

Just kind of curious if the RIAA is doing anything about this place.

hahaha....

why pirate music if you have to PAY for it?

(answer: They aren't going to do anything about the site, but you WILL get in trouble if caught. Don't get caught.)

you probably can, but they'll have a hard time getting the records out of russia.

Heh, you support the "values" president then ask how to safely steal music.

Try Napster.com's $10/month plan, it really is legal for listening to unlimited music on your PC.

yes...legal to listen to the music but worthless if you can't posess it. At least with the russian sites you get DRM/spyware free versions encoded in whichever format you choose, and they don't have those pesky associations with labels that limit their selection. And the legality of those sites has yet to be tested, so until then buy buy buy and any court in the land will grandfather you in the unlikely event they are ever able to be successfully prosecuted against.
