Music controller for PC?

I am curious if there are any controllers /something that attaches to your PC that allows you to control Winamp (and other media players) with a remote control? As my PC is my stereo, this would be something very usefull.

I've been using one for about 1 year, I have a PC in a cabinet in my family room and I use this remote to control my PC DVD player and Winamp, etc. It's handy because it lets you control the mouse cursor as well as assigning actions to the different buttons on the remote. It really is quite powerful. I am so hooked on it I bought a second one just in case the first one wears out!
