Music burning software that allows volume adjustment

I'm looking for music software that does volume adjustment. When I make mix cds, some songs are different volume. Any suggestions? I used to use Nero but it doesn't work in 7 and I don't like the newer versions.

Nero works in Windows 7 just fine. I use Nero 10. I don't use all the fancy crap that comes with it just the Nero Burning ROM part...
