I do like Mushrooms tho. but there are better things

Coat a large portobello with olive oil and grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Spread a thin layer of gorganzola cheese on the inside of the mushroom, sprinkle with a pinch or oregano (green onion works well too)......oooooh oooooh oooooh!

i just found a recipie similar to that online... i must try that tomorrow...
i love the 'baby bellas' that you can buy in the supermarket (smells wonderful when boiled) so i bought a few large port caps.. OMG.. expensive but so worth it..

Morels.

Those are much better than portobellas... except the thing is you can't find em and they're extremely expensive if you can actually find them in the store.

They grow around here every once in awhile.

yum...double yum🙂:Q🙁

omg i am so stuffed

Portobello

Well, except for the obvious things that are better than a portobello 'shroom (sex, steak, beer, Bacardi & Coke, etc...)

I prefer my portobello grilled and then placed on a bun with my burger. 🙂

i like how its just a plain white mushroom that happens to be large, and yet for some reason they're considered to be special. papa john's pizza even goes so far as to call its plain white mushrooms "baby portobellos"

Mushrooms are yummy. When hubby and I ate at a restaurant recently, they substituted mushrooms instead of onions in my omelette...also containing green peppers and ham. Mmmmm...
