Mushkin picky?

...that Mushkin is good RAM, but picky about which mobos it is installed. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

Load of crap. Not more than any other brand. Mushkin is a safe bet.

Its the same as any other brand, go with crucial if you're worried about compatibility. It is guaranteed or your money back.

What did the guy at PC Club recommend?

I have heard that Mushkin's value ram can be finnicky. I don't know if it's true or not.
I usually stick with Crucial.

I guess they want to sell you their house brand generic ram, so they would say Mushkin is picky, don't buy Mushkin, their house brand is 100% compatible with any motherboard, ba ba ba.
They're reselling Mushkin, they won't make much profit as selling house brand generic ram.
