Mine came in today (would have been here friday but I missed the Fedex guy). Anyways, it has black heatspreaders on them (unlike the bare chips in the picture). I'm not overclocking it.
I ordered the green 2700, it came yesterday because I too missed the Fedex dude on Friday. No heat spreaders on the green stuff but works great in my 845G motherboard.
BUMP for the question about whether or not this RAM runs stable at DDR333 in an nForce2 mobo. I have an MSI nForce2 board and also would like to know if this RAM runs stable. Any try it yet in an nForce2 board?

PC2700 is available through the myhpclub.com deal. Looks like Samsung Modules, at least that looks like what I got.

ROCK friggin' SOLID. The price was well worth it (1 Year ago / $119 shipped / 256MB DDR).

Samsung modules from Crucial?
The 20 or so times I tried to apply that coupon, it would not take on PC2700 modules, and everyone else has had the same problem. I still think this Mushkin is better quality.

Well, for me it's an nForce2 issue. I won't even consider the Crucial RAM until I know for sure it will work. So many nightmares with Crucial RAM on nForce2... As for this RAM, I am still waiting for someone with an nForce2 board to tell me if it works in dual-channel mode.

If you're looking for overclocking I would go with Crucial (only ~$15 more since free shipping...).. I bought mushkin basic once and it was noname chips on a noname pcb.. worked fine and I know they stand behind it but I like better quality and the option of overclocking... This stuff is still MUCH better than any generic you can find.
Were you able to overclock that crucial? I got a 512 stick of crucial PC2700 (CT6464z335.16t) and it will not go over spd.
That is why I am looking to replace it.
