Yes I saw that too. I called Mushkin and they said that Newegg made a mistake. That rebate is for after the promotion is done. Still this is a great deal for DDR2 5300 3-3-3 timing.

I don't see any legal reason why the rebate could be denied. Not that they might try to deny it, but it looks good to me. Too bad you can't get 2 of these.
