Doesn't matter, except that (1)256 saves you a dimm slot. However, be careful that your motherboard will accept the 256.

Heard it was better for overclocking to have 2 128MB over a single 256MB. Thought I read it at one of the OC sites.

It's a good memory, but it's tough to spare over $100 big one for a 128MB stick when you can get decent one for $40 - $60. I personally rather take a 256MB stick of OK PC133 CAS3 for the money.

Well, it's a good deal if you want to push your FSB to the max.
