Do any of you guys get these from time to time? Sometime I'll just be sitting there and my arm will just move slightly by itself. Subtle movements, not huge jerks which would obviously be a red flag. Or my foot will twitch slightly.

I suffer from anxiety so wondering if its all linked or if it's something I need to get looked at or if it's just normal.

I occasionally will get muscle twitches. I don't think anything of them and assume them to be either a slightly pinched nerve or some odd chemical imbalance in the offending area. They generally don't last more than a couple of minutes.

It happens in my hand. my left-hand middle finger will sometimes start twitching side to side. It's generally caused by biochemical reactions in your body. This can be due to stress or inflammation. (my hand usually does it after helping someone move or lifting heavy things for a while, never after weight lifting)
Definitely could be linked to anxiety as anxiety creates metabolic changes in your body which could trigger something. Chiropractors will say it's due to a misalignment in your spine.

The most common place I get them in my face which is annoying. I also have anxiety but really haven't paid attention to see if stress sets them off or not.

I've had cyclobenzaprine prescriptions for back spasms and my shoulders. It works pretty well if the spasms are keeping you up at night.

I seem to get them every so often, maybe once a week or every couple weeks. Something like that.

I think it's usually in some part of my arm, like triceps, though not exclusively.

Like someone else said it'll usually only last for a few minutes but sometimes much longer, like a half hour. It'll annoy me and then I'll finally ignore it and then before I realize it, it'll be gone.
