It seem that authorities have decided to charge Caylee's mother with Murder. The problem is that no body has been found nor has an alleged weapon. How can you charge for Murder when these clues are not present? I thought one or both were needed to convict someone of Murder. I am not saying the mother is not guilty, she sure has acted as if she had a role to play. I mean if my daughter was missing for months I would be insane not to think is up and would have contacted authorities immediately upon finding out her disappearance. I fear we may be getting to a point though, where we ignore the rule of law and start charging and convicting without the evidence at hand. Here's the article:

Murder Indictment in Caylee Anthony Case
A Florida grand jury issued a sealed murder indictment in the disappearance of missing Florida toddler Caylee Anthony.
Prosecutors did not immediately release the name of the indicted suspect, saying the person has not been arrested yet.
The child?s mother, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, waited Tuesday more than a dozen miles away. Her attorney said she would turn herself in if she is the person indicted.
The grand jury heard evidence Tuesday about homicide charges against Anthony, including testimony from the child?s paternal grandfather.
