Check this out, do I have a rare bird? Just noticed my BIOS states this is an unlocked i7 920 and lets me take the multiplier to 21. Is there any way to edit a BIOS file then flash it for further multipliers so I can go higher than 21? Currently it's set to 21 and boots up and runs at 2.8ghz so going higher would be nice without other OC means.

No, that's pretty par for the course depending upon which motherboard a person is using.

Should be able to run 1.35 volts & 180 bclk if you keep memory in spec. I take it you couldn't get the Xeon to work?

Nope, tried again today for a bit but couldn't get it. I'm almost wondering if sitting in the cold then coming inside caused some condensation to get where it shouldn't be. I know it's a probably not but at this point I'm just taking shots in the dark.
