Multiple IPs on a webserver ...

Heres the situation ... its an enhanced DSL with an Effecient Speedstream 5861 router. The webserver goes directly into the back of the DSL modem/router. IIS has 4 websites set up for 67.115.xxx.# (where # = 195, 196, 197, 198).
IP 67.115.xxx.194 goes out to the rest of the network thru a linksys router. In Windows, the webserver is set up to have all 4 of those IPs under TCP/IP advanced settings (195-198). On our inside network (including behind the linksys router) I can access all websites just fine.

I can get out on the net fine from the webserver, but for some reason outside IPs cant hit the webservers. ping times out. Any ideas?? I'm trying the address mappings inside the effecient router, any other help or ideas apprecaited. Or if you have another/better/easier way of doing this, I'm open to other ideas as well.

Main question is why do you have multiple IPs on the webserver?

You should be able to run every domain/site off one IP address unless your doing some SSL. Look into something called "host headers" - that way all sites are on the same IP address and the web server uses the actuall url like www.anandtech.com to serve the site.
 
I take it your provider is allowing you to use more then 1 IP? I dont know about that router, but make sure it can spit out more then 1 WAN address?
